You'll design and build backend systems for Attio, the CRM built for the AI era, working with TypeScript and Node.js on a cloud-native architecture. You'll lead projects end-to-end, re-architecting systems for scale and performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead projects end-to-end to solve real customer problems
• Architect systems powering new features for performance and scale
• Design REST API contracts for internal and external consumers
• Re-architect existing systems as scaling demands grow

📋 Requirements

• Experience designing scalable, reliable, secure backend systems
• Excellent knowledge of Cloud Native systems architecture
• Expertise with Node.js and TypeScript
• Track record of ownership and product delivery

• Experience contributing to open source projects
• Interest in mentoring other team members
• Experience with data-rich backend applications or real-time data processing
