Description

In this strategic hands-on role, you will drive the adoption of the XRP Ledger across Europe by sourcing and supporting startups, managing partnerships with accelerators and VCs, and executing ecosystem growth initiatives. You'll work with builders and institutions to grow real-world use of tokenized assets.

Requirements

• 8+ years in venture capital, ecosystem partnerships, fintech/TradFi growth, or growth roles
• Proven track record in deal structuring and execution with early-stage teams or strategic partnerships
• Strong growth and metrics fluency, including funnel optimization and partnership performance benchmarking
• Technical understanding sufficient to engage with product and infrastructure teams on feasibility assessments
• Clear, influential communication skills with experience building consensus across diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Execute ecosystem growth strategy for XRPL, adapting to local regulatory conditions
• Source, evaluate, and support high-quality startups and developers building on XRPL
• Manage relationships with strategic partners including accelerators, VCs, and fintech providers
• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, including co-selling and incentive programs
• Guide startups from early-stage ideation to successful mainnet deployment
