๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as subject matter expert on Zendesk for Contact Center
- Lead design and configuration workshops to produce Technical Design Documents
- Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development and go-live phases
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years customer-facing experience in technical support or consulting
- Amazon Connect experience
- 3+ years hands-on experience with complex cloud-based solutions
- Experience implementing and supporting AWS environments
