You'll take full ownership of local marketing campaigns for Binance in Kyrgyzstan, driving crypto education and growing the Kyrgyz market. You'll execute non-standard initiatives, manage budgets, and collaborate with global teams in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own KG regional marketing strategy and daily execution
• Develop and execute culture-resonant marketing initiatives
• Design user growth campaigns for acquisition and retention
• Manage offline and online events like meetups and roadshows

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of relevant marketing experience (Web3, fintech, or agency)
• Bilingual English/Kyrgyz (required for coordination)
• Based in Kyrgyzstan with a wide local network
• Proven track record in campaign management or community building
