Description

You will join the Experience Platform team within Engineering Experience, focused on reducing friction in development, increasing productivity, and ensuring quality and predictability in software delivery. Your work involves building and evolving solutions that structure the development journey, making it simpler, clearer, and standardized for all developers at RD Station.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a developer (mid-level or equivalent) in Developer Experience, platform, or enabler teams
• Solid technical foundation in software development with interest in platform or Developer Experience context
• Knowledge and practice of CI/CD tools and development workflow automation
• Skill in technical documentation and workflow standardization
• Familiarity with Developer Experience platforms and internal catalogs (e.g., Backstage or similar)

Responsibilities

• Implement improvements in Developer Experience tools and workflows used by multiple teams
• Contribute to building and evolving clear, simple, and adoptable development Golden Paths
• Reduce recurring friction in the development journey, facilitating technical experience
• Produce technical documentation that eases onboarding and correct platform usage
• Progressively evolve autonomy and technical responsibility in shared solutions
