Description

You will investigate and resolve transaction research requests for ACH, wires, Zelle, debit, and credit card issues, while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional member service through timely follow-up and account maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant banking operations experience
• Knowledge of ACH and banking transactions preferred
• Ability to analyze data with attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Complete transaction research requests for internal staff and members
• Manage member follow-up on research items to ensure resolution
• Perform account maintenance including account closing/reopen
• Assist fraud team with fraud issues including account takeover
• Review and process banking operations transactions
