You'll work closely with customers to drive adoption of SpyCloud's cybersecurity products and become a trusted advisor. Your core impact is project-managing enterprise onboarding and integrations while translating customer goals into technical solutions. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful launches and long-term value realization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Project-manage enterprise onboarding and integration for timely launches
• Collaborate with Customer Success to translate goals into technical setups
• Provide technical guidance on product adoption and milestones
• Develop best practices and assets from customer engagements

📋 Requirements

• Technical acumen with knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and databases
• Experience documenting processes and playbooks
• Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions
• Data analytics skills for identifying KPIs and driving insights

✨ Nice to Have

• 3-5+ years of TAM or Sales Engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with programming/scripting languages and APIs
• Cybersecurity or ATO prevention experience
