💼 About This Role

You'll support the Quality Department to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations at Green Thumb. Your work will directly impact product safety and quality in a cannabis manufacturing environment. This role offers the chance to develop quality systems and lead audits for a growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and improve the Quality Management System with guidance from the Quality Manager
• Perform document control through the Electronic Quality Management System
• Conduct weekly compliance risk assessments and develop corrective action plans
• Oversee completeness and good documentation practices of batch records

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
• 3+ years of regulatory compliance management including interfacing with regulators
• 5+ years of experience building and developing QA/QC processes and systems
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and environmental sanitation programs

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
• Experience with SQF, ISO, GMP, ASQ, HACCP, PCQI or similar certification
• QMS auditor or similar certification
