Your work directly shapes the team that builds AI infrastructure for construction projects across the U.S. You'll partner with leadership to define hiring priorities and attract exceptional talent.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies
• Screen candidates, advise hiring managers, and track metrics
• Report on recruiting metrics and suggest improvements

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing experience and proactive pipeline building
• Experience using Ashby ATS to manage pipelines and metrics
