Description

You will transform raw people data into strategic business intelligence, serving as the lead architect of the organization's People & Culture reporting ecosystem. You will enable the P&C team by increasing adoption of reporting tools, develop the insights roadmap, partner with executives, and mentor analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience within the Workday ecosystem
• Expert-level proficiency in creating complex Calculated Fields (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, nBox)
• Proven track record of building high-stakes reports (Board decks, ESG, Annual Reports)
• Experience working in agile/pod environments as Product Owner for People Data
• Deep understanding of HR lifecycles (Recruitment, Turnover, Compensation, Diversity metrics)

Responsibilities

• Spearhead initiatives to increase adoption and utilization of P&C reporting tools
• Develop the Insights roadmap prioritizing automation and self-service
• Act as a consultant to P&C Heads and business leaders, surfacing analytical trends
• Implement an intake framework shifting from order-taking to problem-solving
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Analysts
