As a Senior Programmatic Specialist, you will execute paid media strategies across platforms like The Trade Desk and Google Ads, manage campaign budgets, and develop integrated media plans. You'll also lead reporting, analytics, and client communication to drive campaign performance.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying
  • Proficiency in The Trade Desk, Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with campaign forecasting and budget management
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel and Google Analytics
  • Ability to train junior colleagues and act as a paid media strategist

Responsibilities

  • Build and QA ad campaigns across multiple platforms and client verticals
  • Oversee in-platform execution including ad trafficking and media monitoring
  • Manage campaign budgets to ensure proper pacing
  • Develop integrated paid media strategies and build media plans
