You will act as the trusted bridge between client vision and Salesforce reality, translating business goals into smart Sales and Service Cloud solutions. You'll own client relationships, guide strategy, configure declarative solutions, and lead training to maximize platform value.

Requirements

• 5+ years in consultant or strategist role in Salesforce ecosystem or similar CRM
• Proven success navigating Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Flows, system configurations
• Track record of translating business requirements into technical roadmaps
• Experience coordinating work with internal teams and contractors

Responsibilities

• Guide client relationships as primary advisor for Salesforce strategy and execution
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements
• Build and configure declarative solutions in Sales and Service Clouds
• Lead business process reviews to uncover pain points and design future state
• Empower client teams through training and documentation
