Description

You will support the Brand Marketing team by driving campaign execution and managing influencer/creator programs. You'll coordinate ATL campaigns across TV, video, and digital, own influencer operations end-to-end, enforce brand guidelines, and generate brand health insights. This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution to shape Noom's brand as it expands into new health categories.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years brand marketing, influencer marketing, or related experience in high-growth consumer brand or agency
  • Strong brand intuition and creative eye for consistency across customer touchpoints
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships including briefing, content review, and relationship management
  • Comfort with data analysis and translating findings into narratives
  • Excellent project management skills managing multiple workstreams

Responsibilities

  • Support creative production for ATL campaigns across TV, video, and digital from brief to delivery
  • Run influencer and creator operations end-to-end including briefs, timelines, content review, and approvals
  • Act as brand guardian by rolling out guidelines and reviewing external content for consistency
  • Prepare Quarterly Brand Health Tracker readouts and synthesize competitive insights
  • Coordinate logistics for brand partnerships and cross-functional collaborations
