As a Customer Advocate at Carvana, you'll deliver vehicles to customers' doors, handle customer paperwork, and ensure a smooth delivery experience while working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your role directly impacts customer satisfaction and the company's mission to bring happiness to the car-buying process.

Requirements

• 2+ years customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks (loading/unloading vehicles)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Availability to work any shift between 7am-9pm, including weekends
• Must obtain notary certification within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using custom car haulers
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking system
• Maintain a clean driving record per CMV policy
• Obtain a Notary within 90 days
