You'll optimize talent acquisition funnels and run performance marketing campaigns to scale qualified talent supply across markets. You'll drive impact through experimentation, automation, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, and Data teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and optimize the talent acquisition funnel end-to-end
• Design and scale performance acquisition campaigns across external channels
• Activate candidates through CRM, email, push, and in-app communications
• Monitor unit economics and run continuous growth experiments

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years in Growth or Performance Marketing roles
• Strong analytical and results-driven mindset
• C2 level English proficiency
• Proactive and adaptable in dynamic environments
