You'll lead customer onboarding and product implementations for a highly configurable SaaS platform in financial crime and compliance. Your core impact is ensuring enterprise customers' business and technical requirements are translated into fully functional solutions. This contract role offers flexibility and autonomy in a remote-first environment with approximately 20 hours per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new customers.
• Translate complex customer needs into configuration plans and workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience implementing B2B SaaS or technical enterprise software.
• Strong ability to manage ambiguous projects and convert requirements into execution plans.
• Experience working cross-functionally with solutions engineers or delivery teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
