Description

You will support inbound procurement activities, negotiating and managing vendor agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on legal issues related to software licenses, SaaS, and hardware procurement. This role offers broad exposure across the legal team.

Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership
• 3-6 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud services, and technology procurement
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, software licenses, SaaS agreements, and consulting agreements
• Ensure vendor compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Collaborate with legal, cybersecurity, finance, and technical teams
• Manage procurement-related legal issues and special projects
