🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project phases from concept to construction.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and planners.
• Issue add services and get approvals before additional scope.
• Coordinate consultant team and review contract documents.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Architecture.
• Experience on multifamily projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes.
• Ability to coordinate complete set of contract documents.
