Description

You will run a full desk focused on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for mission-critical positions at SpaceX. As candidates' first encounter with the company, you'll represent SpaceX with professionalism and enthusiasm, acting as a true partner to client groups. The role requires autonomy and adaptability as hiring priorities shift daily.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years recruiting experience, or associate degree and 2+ years, or 3+ years experience in lieu of degree
• Technical recruiting experience preferred
• Full life cycle recruiting experience from sourcing to closing
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Available to work extended hours and weekends

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions
• Source candidates who are not actively looking
• Recommend top candidates for interviews and attend interviews as an evaluator
• Manage offer process including background checks, negotiations, and offer letters
