You'll lead a team focused on improving merchant and partner experiences, overseeing onboarding and operational processes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle partner queries, support requests, and operational coordination.
• Manage merchant/partner onboarding including documentation and data entry.
• Oversee store creation, closure, and clerk management.
• Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows across teams.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years experience leading at least 3 subordinates in merchant support.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, administration, or related field.
• Data analysis skills and experience with robust SLAs.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ZOHO, Zendesk, or other CRM systems.
• Previous technical experience with SQL.
