Description

You will monitor, inspect, and propose measures to correct or improve final products to meet quality standards. You'll manage the Materials Review Board (MRB) process, conduct root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced defense tech environment.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent, or 5+ years experience in manufacturing/quality roles
• Experience in manufacturing supporting HW development and quality management
• Proficiency with CAD and inspection data management software
• Experience with calibrated equipment (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.)
• Must be able to obtain and hold U.S. TS/SCI security clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage the site Materials Review Board (MRB) process
• Resolve and contain nonconforming materials in manufacturing
• Lead root cause analysis and triage with engineering teams
• Track and report MRB metrics weekly
• Create inspection plans and train technicians
