💼 About This Role

You'll build, deploy, and maintain AI for national security and business challenges, working with Striveworks' AIOps platform. Your core impact will be transforming machine learning models into operational capabilities through customer-driven projects and product development. This role offers hands-on fieldwork at customer sites in Hawaii with opportunities to contribute to core product functionality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Developing machine learning pipelines for image, video, text, and geospatial data
• Orchestrating and automating complex data engineering and analytic pipelines
• Designing and implementing core product functionality for the AIOps platform
• Conducting mission-critical fieldwork in support of customers and stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• BS degree in computer science, machine learning, or related discipline with 2+ years experience
• Delivering data-centric systems such as data engineering, ETL pipelines, or production analytics
• Proficiency in software engineering including algorithms, data structures, and a systems programming language like Go, Rust, C++, Java, or Scala
• Active Secret (or above) US security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related discipline
• Knowledge of client-server architectures like asynchronous programming, REST, GraphQL, React, Vue, or Angular
• Experience deploying into containerized or cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud architectures)
