💼 About This Role

You'll deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting. You'll independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a team-supported model. This role is 100% remote, full-time, and offers competitive pay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) to patients
• Initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment independently
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team
• Provide patient-centered, harm-reduction-based care

📋 Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in state of residence
• 1+ year experience independently prescribing buprenorphine in outpatient setting
• Reside in one of listed states (AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, VA, WA, WY)
• Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup
