Description
You will own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts in the Kansas City territory, developing and executing a business plan to overachieve sales goals. You'll articulate Cribl's value proposition to technical and executive stakeholders, manage a channel-led motion, and forecast predictably while closing new logos.
Requirements
- 4+ years quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience
- Experience selling to Security (SIEM/Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIO)
- Experience at an early-stage startup or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills
- Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos per year
- Experience selling through a channel-led motion and using MEDDIC
Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
- Manage full sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing
- Help customers understand Cribl's value during sales process
- Articulate value proposition to engineers and CxOs
- Forecast predictably and hit sales targets
