Description

You will directly manage a team of clinicians while maintaining a small patient panel, ensuring consistent, high-quality patient care aligned with company standards. You'll translate strategy from senior leadership into measurable outcomes, foster a connected clinician community, and provide timely feedback using performance data.

Requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner license.
• Experience in clinical leadership or management roles.
• Ability to balance direct patient care with people management.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of clinicians through monthly 1:1s, ongoing check-ins, and expectation-setting.
• Provide actionable feedback using performance dashboards, CSATs, and chart reviews.
• Partner with Assistant NPM to understand onboarding progress and support needs.
• Synthesize performance inputs and make recommendations on next steps, including offboarding.
• Maintain an active clinical schedule with patient panel visits, emergency visits, and recovery visits.
