You'll serve as a subject matter expert in life underwriting, assessing medical and financial risks for complex cases. Your decisions will directly impact underwriting processes while collaborating with distribution teams and internal stakeholders. This fully remote role offers the chance to mentor others and represent the company at industry events.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and assess medical and financial risk for complex underwriting cases.
• Communicate underwriting decisions with agents and distribution partners.
• Provide technical support and informal leadership to the underwriting team.
• Mentor and coach other underwriters as needed.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Life Insurance Underwriting.
• Four-year degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
