💼 About This Role

You'll build AI-native creative production workflows across 13 portfolio brands. You'll personally create and refine assets to measurably increase creative throughput while establishing repeatable systems for variant generation and testing. You'll work in a lean team with end-to-end ownership and fast iteration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build AI-native workflows for image, video, copy, resizing, QA, and deployment
• Personally create and refine assets across paid, ecommerce, and brand channels
• Establish prompt structures, model-selection logic, and QA standards
• Partner with growth teams to connect creative output to testing plans

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in creative production or AI-enabled content workflows
• Hands-on experience with generative image/video/copy tools and prompt design
• Proven ability to create commercially usable photoreal creative output
• Builder mentality with experience shipping real workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Meta creative testing or paid social experimentation
• Experience building audience-specific variant systems
• Familiarity with automation tooling, APIs, and workflow orchestration
