📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in curriculum development or instructional design for adult learners.
• 1-2 years managing curriculum or learning design projects.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning strategies.
• Experience designing LMS content (Canvas preferred).

• Additional language proficiency (Hindi, Spanish, French, etc.).
• Workforce development or vocational education experience.
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic background.
