You'll be Serval's first Design Engineer, building AI-native automation for enterprise operations. You'll translate Figma designs into production-ready React and TypeScript with exact fidelity. You'll know when to move fast and when to engineer precisely.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate Figma designs into production-ready React and TypeScript
• Own and evolve Serval's design system implementation
• Design and implement motion and micro-interactions
• Maintain visual and interaction consistency across all product surfaces

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a frontend engineer
• Deep proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Fluency in Figma for design inspection
• Experience building and maintaining design systems

• Portfolio or examples of shipped work
• Experience with AI-assisted design or code generation tools
• Background in enterprise or B2B SaaS products
