You'll design and implement agentic workflows using Netomi's AI platform for enterprise clients, working at the intersection of pre-sales engineering, AI architecture, and product innovation. You'll directly translate visionary AI concepts into scalable systems, enabling AI agents to engage, reason, and act autonomously within complex customer ecosystems. This role stands out for its focus on agentic automation at scale with top global brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Account Executives to scope customer challenges and design high-value technical solutions.
• Architect and build agentic workflows integrating generative AI with APIs, databases, and enterprise tools.
• Develop custom demonstrations, prototypes, and proofs of concept using the Netomi platform.
• Design, test, and refine prompts and AI orchestration chains for optimal performance.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years in customer-facing sales engineering or solutions engineering (AI, automation, enterprise SaaS).
• Hands-on experience with AI prompt design, workflow orchestration, and integrating REST APIs, webhooks, cloud services.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or related scripting languages.
• Proven ability to architect and communicate end-to-end technical solutions aligning AI with business outcomes.

• Experience with agentic or autonomous AI systems (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Familiarity with MLOps, AI governance, and compliance in production deployments.
