You'll conduct advanced statistical analysis on OIE and PSYOP assessment data for USSOCOM J39. Your models will bring analytical rigor to influence operations, transforming complex data into decision-ready insights. This role is critical to enhancing assessment methodologies across the enterprise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct advanced statistical analysis on OIE and PSYOP assessment data
• Clean, process, and manage large, complex datasets
• Develop and refine multivariate statistical models
• Translate analytical outputs into mission-relevant insights

📋 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI
• PhD in Behavioral Science (e.g., Psychology, Anthropology)
• 5+ years in social science research methodologies and data analysis
• 5+ years developing multivariate statistical models

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in program evaluation assessing communication interventions
• Experience supporting SOF, Information Operations, or PSYOP
• 5+ years conducting A/B testing or behavioral response analysis
