📋 Requirements

• 15+ years experience designing and scaling distributed systems
• Proven ability to set technical vision at enterprise level
• Expertise in system design, reliability, security, and cost optimization
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and resolving ambiguous problems
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
