Description

You will lead post-merger integration for strategic acquisitions, acting as a Value Architect to ensure each deal delivers on its strategic thesis. You'll partner with cross-functional leads, design integration blueprints, and use Celonis Process Intelligence to track synergy realization.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience, 3-5 in M&A Integration, Corporate Dev, or Strategy Consulting
• Deep understanding of SaaS/Enterprise Software landscape
• Strong financial acumen and data analysis skills
• Executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop integration strategies and execution plans aligned with deal thesis
• Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams for GTM, product, culture, and systems
• Define and track KPIs and financial synergies using Celonis platform
• Manage Integration Management Office, timelines, budgets, and executive reporting
• Drive cultural integration and change management for new employees
