Description

You will lead operational program management at Hyliion, driving disciplined execution of production schedules across assembly, additive manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and field service. This hands-on role combines shop-floor engagement with systems-level program management to ensure on-time delivery and scale production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years program management experience with complex hardware/software projects
• Experience in fast-paced startup-like environment (aerospace, robotics, etc.)
• Proven track record as Program Manager Leader or Director-level
• Ability to stop builds when quality gates are not met

Responsibilities

• Serve as head operations program manager, owning production schedules and execution
• Develop and maintain integrated company master schedule with Engineering Program Management
• Drive daily, weekly, monthly execution rhythms across operations teams
• Identify and resolve schedule deviations, making trade-off decisions on cost, schedule, and risk
• Establish scalable program management processes to support growth to higher-rate manufacturing
