You'll oversee end-to-end residential title and escrow transactions for a high-volume pipeline across multiple markets as part of a technology-driven title company. You'll act as a trusted partner to real estate agents, ensuring a seamless closing experience while collaborating with internal teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage title and escrow work for residential transactions from opening to disbursement
• Review closing documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Prepare settlement statements and balance closing figures
• Act as primary point of contact for agents and stakeholders on assigned files

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of residential escrow closing experience
• Active Escrow License or Title Producer License (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience managing files independently from opening through closing
• Must reside in Iowa
