💼 About This Role

You'll build and optimize Enterprise-quality AI agents in collaboration with strategic customers, understanding their workflows and goals. You'll embed deeply with clients, serving as a strategic advisor to their AI roadmap and running feedback loops into Engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize Enterprise-quality AI agents with customers
• Embed within strategic customers as a strategic AI advisor
• Run tight feedback loops into Engineering for feature development
• Represent Decagon externally in deployments and customer meetings

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience (product manager, engagement manager, etc.)
• Fluent in German with professional experience in German-speaking environments
• Deep technical acumen to shape AI agent designs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree
• Experience with LLMs and AI agents
