You'll provide direct peer support to individuals recovering from mental health, substance use, or trauma conditions. You'll use your lived experience to guide others toward wellness and resilience. This role offers training in behavioral intervention and certification within 90 days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct peer support services to clients
• Share personal recovery experiences in an inspirational way
• Guide and support clients toward increased wellness
• Complete behavioral intervention training within 6 months

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
• Mental health/SUD lived experience
• Completed 80-hour Peer Support Learning training within 2 years
• Current behavioral intervention training within 6 months of hire
