💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary technical subject matter expert on OpenAI Codex, partnering with customers to design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows. Your core impact will be helping engineering teams adopt intelligent coding systems across some of the world's most influential companies. You'll also build high-quality demos and reference implementations using Codex itself.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary technical SME on OpenAI Codex for customer portfolio
• Design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows with customers
• Build high-quality demos and workflow automations using Codex
• Lead workshops and hands-on enablement sessions for engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of post-sales engineering or solutions architecture
• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Active power user of AI coding tools with customized workflows
• Experience delivering large workshops or technical training to engineering teams

• Contributed technical guides or examples publicly
• Communicate complex technical concepts in clear written and verbal form
