You'll work directly with strategic enterprise customers to help them adopt and scale a leading DevSecOps and AI-enabled platform, blending hands-on engineering with solution design. You'll translate real-world customer challenges into durable technical solutions and reusable architectural patterns. This is a high-visibility role where technical depth and customer empathy go hand in hand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead deep technical engagements with strategic enterprise customers
• Design end-to-end architecture and deployment strategies for complex environments
• Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and reusable technical accelerators
• Translate recurring field challenges into reference architectures and runbooks

📋 Requirements

• Software engineering experience in platform or solutions engineering roles
• Strong programming fundamentals in Ruby on Rails or Go
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, runners, and API integrations

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Helm
• Exposure to AI/LLM concepts and agentic workflows
• Proven ability to create reusable technical artifacts
