You'll lead engineering execution and technical strategy for a fast-growing, profitable ad-tech company. You'll own delivery of high-quality technical plans and build a strong engineering culture across frontend, backend, and reliability teams. This role offers equity in a bootstrapped unicorn and direct partnership with the CTO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own engineering execution and ensure reliable delivery of technical plans.
• Set clear ownership across teams and continuously improve engineering processes.
• Partner with Product Managers to keep execution pragmatic and impact-driven.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar for technical quality and delivery.

📋 Requirements

• JavaScript and TypeScript expertise across frontend and backend.
• Proven experience leading Frontend, Backend, and Reliability teams.
• Ability to turn ideas into clear, executable plans and mentor engineers.
• Experience scaling engineering organizations.
