You'll architect and ship AI-powered systems that make it possible for people to talk to Rilla like they would a human. You'll help build a voice-first interface, a search engine for voice data, and a first-of-its-kind audio intelligence pipeline. You'll drive the invention of new techniques, tooling, and models across the full AI lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build AI agents that operate on real-world audio
• Develop voice-first interface for natural speech commands
• Design audio intelligence pipeline for unstructured conversations
• Work across full AI lifecycle from data to inference

📋 Requirements

• Experience building and deploying AI/LLM systems in production
• Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, and prompt engineering
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs
