💼 About This Role

You'll own top-of-funnel sourcing for technical roles across Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Data, and Engineering Management. You'll build sourcing strategies for active needs and future pipelines across Europe, and partner closely with the CTO and Senior Technical Recruiter. This role combines strong sourcing execution, market insight, and sharp candidate judgment to attract high-quality engineering talent.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing for technical roles
• Build target company lists and talent landscapes
• Proactively engage high-quality passive candidates
• Partner with CTO and Technical Recruiter on calibration

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years sourcing technical roles in-house or agency
• Track record sourcing for high-bar engineering roles
• Experience sourcing across multiple European countries
• Ability to craft personalized and compelling outreach

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, crypto, or fintech
• Existing network of technical talent across Europe
• Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques
