💼 About This Role

You'll join the People team to partner with managers on performance, team effectiveness, and talent development as Riot scales globally. Your core impact will be driving performance management and building high-performing teams in a fast-growing cybersecurity company. You'll also ensure legal compliance with French labor law.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Riot's performance framework and manage reviews.
• Partner with managers on team organization and role clarity.
• Support managers in developing leadership skills.
• Drive talent planning and succession thinking.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience including 3+ years in a senior People BP role.
• Strong knowledge of French labor law.
• Full professional proficiency in English and native in French.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate.
