💼 About This Role

You'll join Harvey's legal team as a founding office attorney in Chicago, supporting commercial AI SaaS agreements and go-to-market teams. You'll help ensure fast, efficient execution of customer contracts in a fast-paced startup environment. This role offers opportunities to expand into product counseling and IP law.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial AI SaaS contracts
• Provide regulatory and product counsel as needed
• Develop training and resources for sales and cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice and in good standing in at least one jurisdiction, able to practice in Illinois
• 4+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience
• Transactional background including SaaS, technology, IP licensing, or commercial agreements
