🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach Experience Team member performance and foster positive team environment.
• Assist with planning and executing annual Turnover processes.
• Inspect and report on property curb appeal and common area appearance.
• Assist with customer sales interactions and direct team members.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum two years of customer service, sales or community management experience.
• Ability to work up to six days per week as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems.
