You'll deliver personalized shopping experiences and build lasting relationships with customers at Rothy's Short Hills store. You'll drive sales through exceptional service while sharing the story behind our sustainable shoes and bags. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and drive personal sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships through clienteling practices.
• Support store operations including stock replenishment and merchandising.
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and follow SOPs.

📋 Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand/walk entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs

• Previous retail or customer service experience
