You'll manage end-to-end medical records retrieval for law firms using our platform. Your work directly speeds up case resolution and reduces errors. This role is central to our operations, where you'll shape playbooks and automation features that scale across the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end record retrieval for assigned customers and providers.
• Build and standardize playbooks for high-volume hospitals and provider networks.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of record sets with zero rework.
• Surface workflow improvements and partner with engineering to automate steps.

📋 Requirements

• Significant prior experience in legal record retrieval.
• Strong work ethic and ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for calling provider offices.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple requests.
