Description
You will strategically manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, driving retention and expansion. You'll lead business reviews, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and negotiate renewals to achieve ARR growth targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct sales or account management experience in technology/software industry
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota in SaaS sales
- Experience navigating complex, multi-party sales cycles
- Experience selling SaaS enterprise cloud applications (CRM, Salesforce, HR, intranet, collaboration)
- Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts to achieve ARR growth targets
- Understand customer business goals and proactively identify growth opportunities
- Lead impactful business reviews and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including presenting product solutions
- Drive and negotiate renewals, collaborating with Customer Success and Professional Services
