Description

You will strategically manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, driving retention and expansion. You'll lead business reviews, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and negotiate renewals to achieve ARR growth targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct sales or account management experience in technology/software industry
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota in SaaS sales
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-party sales cycles
  • Experience selling SaaS enterprise cloud applications (CRM, Salesforce, HR, intranet, collaboration)
  • Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts to achieve ARR growth targets
  • Understand customer business goals and proactively identify growth opportunities
  • Lead impactful business reviews and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including presenting product solutions
  • Drive and negotiate renewals, collaborating with Customer Success and Professional Services
