- Handle customer inquiries via calls, live chat, and email
- Adhere to operational SLAs to protect customer time
- Maintain luxury communication standards and satisfaction targets
- Investigate and resolve customer and chauffeur issues
π Requirements
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Experience in a customer-facing role in luxury service
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and French
- Flexibility for shift work including nights and weekends in office
