• Handle customer inquiries via calls, live chat, and email
• Adhere to operational SLAs to protect customer time
• Maintain luxury communication standards and satisfaction targets
• Investigate and resolve customer and chauffeur issues

📋 Requirements

• Passion for exceptional customer service
• Experience in a customer-facing role in luxury service
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and French
• Flexibility for shift work including nights and weekends in office
