You'll lead a regional implementation function delivering high-quality onboarding for enterprise and mid-market customers across EMEA. You'll build and manage a team in a remote-first, fast-moving environment. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to scale delivery and improve customer outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop an EMEA-based team of implementation specialists
• Oversee end-to-end customer onboarding projects for quality and timeliness
• Define and scale implementation processes and regional delivery models
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams on scoping and alignment

📋 Requirements

• Experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services leadership
• Track record of managing and scaling high-performing customer-facing teams
• Project management skills for complex multi-stakeholder implementations
• Experience working with enterprise and mid-market SaaS customers
